Vandalism in Katzenhau: Unknowns destroy hunter high seats!

In a shocking incident, five hunter high seats were deliberately damaged in Knüllwald on Friday afternoon. Unknown perpetrators had apparently attacked the stable high seats in the “Katzenhau” forest district between Rückersfeld and the Knüll wildlife park with malicious intent. They loosened the soil anchors and reduced the constructions, which led to considerable damage to roofs and wood.

The Homberg police estimate the property damage to a four -digit amount. Investigations are underway to take the unknown vandals and check further security measures. It remains to be seen whether these unscrupulous attacks on nature and hunting culture will result in further consequences.
