Shocking fraud stitch: 85-year-old loses savings on fake police officers!

Sülzetal, Deutschland - An 85-year-old woman from Sülzetal was the victim of a perfidious fraud in which the perpetrators spent out as federal police officers. In November last year, the unknowns contacted the senior citizen and claimed that her money was no longer safe at the Sparkasse. They urged them to withdraw their entire assets. After a call to your bank and the subsequent handover of the money to a fraudster disguised as a police officer, the perpetrator kept in contact with the woman until the beginning of February. They convinced the senior citizen that she would be monitored for her protection and had them signed a declaration of confidentiality.

The fraud was only discovered when the son of the 85-year-old was brought in. The woman has now suffered a medium five -digit damage. The Haldensleben police are asking witnesses to report and warns all citizens to be skeptical when someone pretends to be an official. If in doubt, it is advised to always contact relatives and inform them about similar incidents to expose such fraud stitches.
