On Tuesday morning, a serious accident occurred on the B7 between Napoleonstein and Utzberg junction, which demanded several injuries. A 39-year-old Skoda driver, who was under considerable alcohol influence of over two per thousand, initially got into oncoming traffic. First he collided with an oncoming VW of a 43-year-old and then head-on with the Citroen of a 39-year-old. The collision initiated a chain reaction in which the person who caused the accident hit the Renault of a 36-year-old, who then landed in the ditch.

All three drivers and the cause suffered minor injuries and had to be brought to the clinic. The accident led to property damage of over 40,000 euros, and the police immediately entered the driver's license from the alcohol. During the accident recording, a 19-year-old witness, who had previously had to avoid a risky maneuver by the Skoda driver and could not prevent a “mirror gossip”.
