Am Bahnhof, 98666 Obermaßfeld-Grimmenthal, Deutschland - on February 8, 2025, around 3:15 p.m., police officers from the Schmalkalden-Meiningen police inspection stopped a 27-year-old e-scooter driver in Oberestfeld-Grimmenthal. The scooter was properly insured, but the driver looked like he was under the influence of drugs.
