Cyclist after crash seriously injured - police investigated!

On Thursday, May 15, 2025, there was a dramatic traffic accident on Luisenstrasse at 5:30 p.m. A 54-year-old driver collided when entering a roundabout with a 58-year-old Pedelec driver who drove the bike path towards the location. The cyclist was seriously injured by the impact and had to be brought to the clinic immediately.

The accident led to property damage of around 2000 euros. The Lippe police are now still investigating the exact circumstances of the incident. The danger on our streets becomes clear again, especially in areas with intensive traffic movements.
