On Friday evening, February 7, 2025, around 8:35 p.m. in tram line 9, near Otto Bär-Straße, there was a violent incident. Five men get into an argument that quickly escalated and ended in a physical argument. One person was slightly injured.

While the police were still on the way, four of the men were able to flee. The Situation is explosive for the investigating authorities: the Magdeburg police immediately initiated an investigation and is looking for witnesses.
