on Tuesday evening, April 8, 2025, a 36-year-old Pole was arrested by the federal police at the train station in Epe. In the event of a routine check, the officers met with an arrest warrant from the Münster public prosecutor's office due to theft. The man had been sentenced to pay a fine of 1,700 euros or alternatively serve a 17-day prison sentence.

In addition, there were two further residence investigations against him. Since he could not pay the due fine, the man was arrested and brought to the Münster in prison after the police measures were completed. A clear case of law violation and consistent reaction of the federal police!
