An apartment building with 27 apartments is currently being built in Pegau

The Atrium company is currently building an apartment building with a total of 27 condominiums on the corner of Wachenheimer/Bahnhofstrasse in Pegau. The apartments are between 58 and 114 square meters and offer space for two to four rooms. In addition, the apartments have a balcony, a terrace or a loggia. The construction work is progressing well and the floor slab of the building is almost completed.

Investment total of around ten million euros

The Leipzig company Atrium, according to its own statements, invests around ten million euros in the construction project. Despite the current construction crisis, the company seems to be confident that the investment will be worthwhile.
