"All three show easy, general symptoms of illness and can currently stay in quarantine in accordance with the national requirements at home until they recover," said team doctor Christopher Edler. Further studies are planned according to the quarantine.

Sagan said the positive test was on January 29th. The cycling star thanked the team for the support and said: "We are in constant contact, although we are far apart. I hope our next test will be negative and we can resume training as soon as possible."
