From a private idea, Jonas Lein developed a project against the waste of fruit and vegetables. The vitamin rescue box is available in Delitzsch, Bad Düben and Leipzig-it should also be established in other cities.
Bad Düben. Every Thursday and Friday, long snakes are formed in Steffi Noack on Bad Dübener Paradeplatz. Then the Kurstädter pick up their pre -ordered small or large box with cucumbers, salad, apples, pears and Co. - fruit and vegetables that would not reach the retail business due to overproduction, logistics errors or crop surges.
