Leipzig's nursing services should be made a little easier in the future.
As can be seen from the meeting of the administrative tip, it is planned that the already established so -called craftsman book and the associated parking easier can also be used in the future by nursing services.
A first outpatient care services approved receives five craftsmen booklets and thus 1,000 individual exceptions per year. With such a single exception, in the limited stopping ban and on parking ticket machines (including residents' parking areas), it can be parked in the entire urban area without payment with a parking disc up to a maximum of two hours.
Rosenthal: Nursing services must be helped
Leipzig's mayor Heiko Rosenthal: "With the so-called craftsman's issue, there has been a fee for all craft businesses since the 1990s. In view of the increasingly important social contribution of nursing services, the opening of the craftsmiths supports care services in their work."
The individual permits may only be used with vehicles of the respective nursing service to be clearly recognized from the outside to provide nursing services and at a maximum of four parking spaces or locations per calendar day. The prerequisite is that the vehicle cannot be parked at reasonable removal from the place of work
The mayor's decision will come into force through the announcement in the Official Journal and thus enable the use of the craftsman books by certified nursing services. In the second year, evaluation takes place to what extent the safety and lightness of road traffic influenced or the individual permits were used abusive.
