The regulation makes it clear that counties and independent cities can issue stricter regulations that go beyond the Corona emergency regulation.

contact restrictions
private meetings are only permitted in public and private spaces between a household and another person. Children and adolescents up to the age of 16, vaccinated or recovered people do not count.

employees of old people and care facilities, day facilities, outpatient care services and specialized outpatient palliative services are obliged to conduct a daily examination report regardless of the vaccination/convalescence status.
The 3G regulation for the workplace and the home duty are regulated by the federal government.
retail, services
Access to individual and wholesale transactions is only permitted with vaccination or health proof. The daily opening times are to be limited to a time window between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. Click-and-Collect is allowed.
Exceptions of the 2G regulation and the limited opening times apply to grocery stores, animal needs, beverage markets, pharmacies, drugstores, medical supply stores, baby shops, orthopedic shoe technicians, opticians, hearing aid acoustics, newspaper shops and wholesalers for craftsmen.

Similar to retail, the 2G rule applies to access to gastronomic facilities and the daily opening times are limited to 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Exceptions are available for the following gastronomic facilities:
- care of homeless
- catering for long -distance bus drivers and long -distance drivers who, for professional reasons, promote goods or goods on the street and can prove this by an employer certificate,

Only the libraries and the outdoor facilities of zoos and animal parks remain open to the presentation of a vaccination, recovery or test certificate.
also art, music and dance schools as well as adult education centers and training, training and further education institutions fall below the opening ban. Certain exceptions are possible. Offers for children under the age of 16 are still allowed.
also baths, solariums and saunas that are not used for rehabilitation or medical purposes or for school swimming, are subject to the opening ban.

churches and religious communities
For access to churches, religious communities and their meetings, all participants must carry out proof of the 3G regulation in addition to the previously applicable provisions.
