A cyclist collided head -on with a six -year -old child in the Leipzig district of Reudnitz and seriously injured it. The police are now urgently looking for witnesses because the woman has left the wrong phone number.

As the authority announced on Wednesday afternoon, the incident occurred on June 30th. The child was on a bike on Reichpietschstrasse on Lene-Voigt-Park at around 5 p.m. when the accident occurred. An oncoming, still unknown cyclist collided head -on with the child. As a result, the little road user fell and injured himself so badly that treatment in the hospital was required.

The unknown person left the child's father with a phone number, but later it turned out that it was wrong. Then the woman disappeared in an unknown direction. The police therefore investigate not only for negligent bodily harm, but also because of an accident. She asks the Leipziger for her help: who observed the accident and can give information about the cyclist?
