Burglars in Delve surprised: 78-year-old prevents theft!

In the night from Saturday to Sunday, a scary slump occurred in a family home in Delve. A 78-year-old woman became aware of suspicious noises at 2:05 a.m. and confronted a burglar who had reached the house over the patio door. The perpetrator immediately escaped and met with an accomplice before both of them could disappear undisturbed and without prey.

The Itzehoe police are now looking for information from the population to grasp the unscrupulous burglars. Residents are asked to share their observations to prevent further burglaries in the area.
