The officials who were currently working on another incident were able to catch the culprits in a fresh act.

During the check, it turned out that the 51-year-old showed extremely risky behavior: his breath alcohol test resulted in a frightening concentration of 1.77 per thousand, which makes him absolutely suitable for driving. The police not only initiated criminal proceedings for drunkenness in traffic, but also ordered a blood sample. In addition, both cyclists have to be responsible for the illegal crossing of the level crossing - a fine of 240 euros, two points in Flensburg and one month of driving ban. So fast cycling can quickly backfire!
