Large search in Osdorf: 80-year-old Renate S. missing!

A dramatic search is in progress: 80-year-old Renate S. has been missing from a nursing home in Osdorf since Wednesday evening. The elderly lady, noticeably large with about 1.80 m and shoulder -length hair, wears sneakers, gray pants and a floral top. Because of her dementia, she could be disoriented and urgently need help.

Around 60 firefighters from the surrounding communities continued the search until 3:30 a.m. on Thursday morning. Roads, paths and land were combed through, while drones from Gettorf and Knoop support air surveillance. The police ask the residents, especially in carports, garages and barns, to look for the missing person. Anyone who has information or can provide video recordings will be asked to report immediately under emergency number 110. So far there is no picture of Renate S.
