Again collision in Gotha: tram rams car on Myconiusplatz!
On Saturday at 3:00 p.m. there was a spectacular accident at Myconiusplatz in Gotha: a tram collided with a car! The Mercedes driver, who wanted to drive into Augustinerstrasse, simply did not notice the approaching tram. Although the train driver tried everything to prevent the collision, it was a unsuccessful undertaking on the rails.
Fortunately, it remained with property damage! Both the approximately 120 passengers of the tram and the drivers got away with the horror. The damage to the vehicle and on the train adds up to around 8000 euros! A real shock moment for everyone involved in the otherwise quiet Gotha!| Details | |
