On Wednesday afternoon it was hot in the shop at the Mühltor in Ilmenau: Two brazen shoplifting were discovered! In a fast police operation, the Gotha state police inspection grabbed seven Georgian perpetrators, between the ages of 26 and 51. The thieves were targeting cigarettes and electrical appliances with a total value of around 1,000 euros and used specially prepared bags.

The police are now investigating suspicion of the commercial band theft and has already filed advertisements against the perpetrators. The criminal activity was stopped in time, but the question remains: How many other thieves hatch through the rags undiscovered?
