On Saturday afternoon, around 4:15 p.m., an unknown man in the castle park in Gotha was victim to a brutal attack. While the owner of a jacket was relaxed on a park bench, he was approached by a group of young people. Suddenly he was beaten and forced to give up his jacket by one of the young people. The situation occurred on the castle pond, and the injured party is described as a person with the Mediterranean appearance.

The police in Gotha are now urgently looking for witnesses who have further information about the incident or the perpetrators. The injured party himself is also asked to report. Notes can be submitted on 03621/781124, stating the reference number 0119604/2025.
