Young car thief caught again: double theft series shocked!

In a spectacular case of car theft in the Gotha region, a 25-year-old used the inattention of a workshop employee and steel a vehicle with the key in the ignition lock. The police were able to find the stolen car shortly thereafter in Langenzezen and arrested the thief under strong resistance. The young man who did not have a valid driver's license had previously appeared in a similar incident, in which he caused several accidents on Autobahn 71 with another stolen vehicle.

The 25-year-old struck again only a few hours later: When a 78-year-old man briefly left his running car in Neuhäuser, the thief grabbed the car. An exciting chase began in which he damaged a radio car before the police finally stopped him in Großbreitenbach. The man had to give blood due to suspicion of taking medication. Now the 25-year-old faces several charges, including multiple vehicle theft and resistance to enforcement officers.
