officers from the Kyffhäuser police inspection discovered a swastika that was sprayed with pink spray paint on a resting bench at the Sühnenkreuz viewpoint towards Rohnstedt. In addition to the constitutional symbol, other parts of the bank were also vandalized.

The specialist commissioner for state protection offenses in the Nordhausen criminal police have taken over the investigation. Witnesses or people with information about the perpetrators are asked to report to Kripo Nordhausen on 03631/960.
