Fraud warning: Seniors threatened by false police officers!
In an alarming wave of telephone fraud, several seniors in Apolda tried to contact the police. They reported on an alleged police officer who called them and claimed that there were several robberies in which documents from the elderly were found. The caller announced that it will soon be personally to collect more information.
Fortunately, all attacked seniors recognized the fraud and broke off the conversation. In just three hours, a total of seven affected citizens reported to the police and reported on the incident. The police urgently advises vigilance and to report suspicious calls immediately.| Details | |
