The Cologne carnival scene mourns the loss of Tom, the 55-year-old technician of the popular band Kasalla, who crashed on the A3 motorcycle on May 3, 2025. The accident occurred around 0:35 a.m., just behind the Heumar motorway triangle in the direction of Oberhausen. A Mercedes with a trailer remained when Tom opened his motorcycle on the vehicle that stopped.
