Abuses according to the right demo in Nuremberg: Muke in large -scale work!
On April 22, 2025, the Opera House underground station in Nuremberg occurred after a demonstration of right-wing extremists. According to T-Online , around 620 people took part in the events that take place at the same time. The right -wing extremist movement "Team Human Rights" gathered with around 100 participants on Hallplatz, while two counter -protests took place: a vigil with around 120 participants and a larger elevator that attracted around 400 people under the motto "Nuremberg Nazi Frei".
In the course of the Easter Monday evening, there were tensions between the demonstrators. Police prevented a direct encounter between the two hostile groups. After the larger counter -protest was dissolved, smaller groups tried to block the right -wing extremist route. This led to a route change in the right elevator, as some counter -demonstrators sat on the road. Another blockade in Theatergasse could be avoided without a police intervention. Towards the end of the protests, hooded counter -demonstrators caused a sensation, whereupon the police found their personal details and initiated investigations due to violations of the meeting law.
attack and police actions
The attack occurred after the official demonstrations. A man reported an attack by several people about the emergency call. When the police arrived, the alleged attackers had already searched for the width. But several suspects could later be checked near the Plärrer. The investigation into possible crimes is ongoing, and the police of the Nuremberg-Mitte inspection was on site with numerous emergency services to prevent riots.
This incident is in the context of a significant increase in right -wing extremist activities in Germany. According to Constitutional protection there was a total of 367 right-wing extremist demonstrations in 2023, which was a striking increase in the 145 meetings of the previous year.
