Before the Diepholz city festival on August 9th and 10th, some work is still required. The last lines are currently laid in the northern section before the paving work begins. It is particularly crucial for the event organization that the preparations are completed in good time. For this reason, a direct access between Kolkstraße and Rathausplatz, which was stimulated by the sponsoring community, was stimulated.

The city of Diepholz benefits from financial support from the "Living Centers" funding program, while it has to bear about a third of the costs.
