A 22-year-old man from the Hoya community is on trial after breaking into the station building in Verden and Diepholz and an office container at Wunstorfer Bahnhof. Shortly after his release from the youth arrest in March, he is said to have captured car keys and several vehicles in three cases. He used a broken bicycle stand to break a basement window and thus reached the interior of the train station. The stolen cars, including a VW Golf and a VW Polo, were largely secured later.

The public prosecutor made serious allegations against the Berlin -born, who behaved aggressively towards police officers when he was arrested. The process started at the Verden district court, although the accused initially did not want to make any statements about the allegations.
