Designable building in Heiligenloh: Looking for new ideas of use!
The Gasthaus Bitter in Heiligenloh is bought by the architects Christian Meyer-Ratz and Klaus Möllers with his wife Barbara to breathe new life into the historic building. The building, which has been used as a residential building, restaurant and bakery since 1903, is an important part of the center of Heiligenloh.
Many beautiful memories and important events have played in the hall of the inn Bitter. Weddings, birthdays and even funerals took place here, and the building was a central meeting point for the Heiligenloher residents. The architects want to preserve this historical meaning and plan the creation of apartments on the upper and attic floor, while the ground floor is to be used for commercial purposes.
The long process of conversion and renovation is complicated, especially due to building permits and monument protection regulations. But now the implementation of the plans is imminent, and the architects are looking forward to creating quality of living in town and covering the need for living space.
interested parties who have ideas for the use of the inn are cordially invited to report to the architects. The goal is that the Gasthaus Bitter will continue to be a place of encounters and important events for the community of Heiligenloh. The start of the work in July should mark the first step towards a new era for the historic building. - nag
