Seitz Prize 2024: Young talents from Sulingen shine!

In the festive framework of the knowledge forum in the Sulingen city theater, this year's award winners of the Seitz Prize were announced. The Sofie and Siegfried Seitz Foundation honored the outstanding achievements in vocational training on October 20, 2024. Henry Koester received the first prize of 3,500 euros for his training as an industrial clerk at Kraiburg Purasys GmbH & Co. KG and his impressive work at the Aschen local fire brigade. Koester plans to use prize money for a part -time bachelor's degree in industrial engineering.

Jana Hohnermeyer from Bad Essen was awarded the second prize of 1,500 euros. After training as an industrial clerk at ZF Friedrichshafen and her business studies, she works as a logistics planner and plans to use the money for a three-week language trip to her business English. The selection of the award winners was extremely scarce, according to Laudator Constantin von Kuczkowski, who emphasized the importance of promoting commercial talents.
