For fans of family sagas, recommended titles from the ranks of Miriam Georg and Jeffrey Archer are presented. There are also suitable recommendations for light summer reading such as the novels by Janne Mommsen or the touching travel report "Hiking, Happiness and Long Ears" by Lotta Lubkoll.
The library was able to record a lot of interest in the first half of 2024, especially in family sagas such as "Atlas - The History of Pa Salt" by Lucinda Riley. Children's books and youth novels are also very popular. The whisperwald series by Andreas Suchanek and the Wilde-Woche series are very popular with the small readers.
A total of almost 9,000 novels for adults, over 1,500 youth novels and more than 19,000 children's books were loaned. The most frequently borrowed medium was tonie boxes.
