The deception of older people in Stuhr
Last Sunday, a number of thefts occurred in Stuhr, in which unknown people gained access to the apartments of older people under false pretext. They used different methods to distract the residents and steal valuables.under the pretext of wanting to collect donations, an unknown man managed to enter the apartment of an older lady on the street at the town hall. When she received no donation, she left the apartment again. The lady later noticed that her wallet had been stolen. A similar incident also occurred on the Pablo-Picasso-Straße, where strangers under the guise of collecting signatures, entered the apartment of an elderly lady. While one person distracted the lady, the other jewelry stole from the bedroom. The exact amount of damage is currently unknown.
