Domestic arguments escalated: police officers injured, perpetrators under drugs!

A dramatic incident occurred in Itzehoe on Thursday afternoon when a 31-year-old man made violent resistance during a police operation for domestic violence. Alarmed officials arrived in Arnold-Bel-Straße after residents heard a woman's screams. The suspect was aggressive right from the start and refused to speak to the police officers. Despite multiple calls to separate him and the woman, the man made considerable resistance and attacked the emergency services by struck them and even biting a police officer several times.

the situation escalated and the officials had to press the aggressor against a wall and fix. The man stated that drugs were influenced, whereupon a judge ordered the removal of blood samples. Because of his violent behavior, the 31-year-old must now be responsible for criminal law. Two police officers were injured in the operation, one of them is no longer able to work.
