On the night of October 9, 2024, a 27-year-old driver from Dortmund in Schwelm was stopped by the police. As part of a traffic control at 02:45 a.m. on the intersection Hattinger Straße/Gevelsberger Straße, it turned out that the driver was traveling with a white Opel transporter, but could not show a driver's license-and for good reason: he had no driver's license!

But that was not all: a drug test showed that the man was under the influence of drugs.
