New in Aplerbeck: The linguini inspires with Italian cosiness!
Rodenbergstraße 52, 44287 Dortmund, Deutschland - After almost a year of closure, the "Linguini" in Dortmund-Aplerbeck reinstates and invites its guests to enjoy Italian cuisine on October 16. Formerly closed after the ripper Bejan Gomez pulled the ripcord, the restaurant was taken over by the Nowarre family. They have turned the restaurant into a rustic trattoria that captivates with rustic wooden furniture and a striking wall full of amalfi lemons. The former openness of the kitchen was given up in favor of a more cozy ambient.
With a clear focus on authentic Italian dishes that come from various regions of Italy, guests can expect a down -to -earth meal offer. There is pizza and pasta, Italian beer from the barrel and regularly changing dishes, absolutely no "carbonara with cream sauce". The "Linguini" offers space for 140 guests and the upper floor remains reserved for events. In order to increase the anticipation, Philipp Nowarre only advises you to stop by and be surprised by the kitchen. The new restaurant opens on Wednesday afternoon and online reservations are already possible. Further information is on www.waz.de to be found.
