Shock in Plettenberg: pedestrian seriously injured after an accident!

In a tragic incident in Plettenberg, a 49-year-old pedestrian was seriously injured this morning at 7:30 a.m. when she abruptly entered the road and was hit by a car. The 21-year-old driver, who was traveling with his Opel Corsa towards the city center, could not brake in time. The seriously injured woman was flown to the Dortmund-Nord Clinic with a rescue helicopter, while the driver was brought to the Plettenberg hospital due to shock injuries.

The Königsstraße was completely closed to the accident, and a special team of the district police authority Hochsauerlandkreis is currently securing the scene of the accident.
