Construction for new long-distance bus terminal in Dresden is planned this year
An innovative project for Dresden: long-distance bus terminal and bicycle parking house
in Dresden is a new prestige project in the starting blocks that should further improve mobility in the city. The construction of the new long-distance bus terminal and bicycle parking house is scheduled to begin this year to make traffic in the city more efficient.
The building permit for the project has already been granted, as Ingo Seidemann, Managing Director of "S&G Development", confirms. However, there were slight delays due to the extensive building and planning law. Instead of the end of April, the green light was only given for the start of construction at the beginning of June.
The preparation phase for the construction is particularly demanding, as Seidemann explains. Both the civil engineering for the bicycle parking garage as well as the track crossing for the tram require intensive plans and votes with various participants, including the Dresden transport businesses (DVB).
Despite the challenges, the goal is to start building this year. The project should not only improve the traffic situation in Dresden, but also make a contribution to sustainable mobility.
Dresden construction sites show innovative strength
In addition to the planned long-distance bus terminal and bicycle parking house, there are also other construction projects in Dresden that develop the city's infrastructure. Underground construction work runs in Kleinzschachwitz to ensure the supply of fresh water.
The construction projects in Dresden show the city's innovative strength and its commitment to future -oriented development. Due to the planned measures, the quality of life of the citizens should be improved sustainably.
The construction industry in Dresden is therefore an important engine for progress and modernization that makes the city an attractive place to live.
