Lehmann's hard school: Dynamo talent fights for his breakthrough!

"Jugend research!" - That is the motto at Dynamo Dresden, and coach Thomas Stamm is fully on your own junior guard! The talents sprout! With players like Tony Menzel, Dmytro Bohdanov and Jakob Zickler, the coach has impressively showed that he believes in the young generation. But not every young star can immediately enter the spotlight. A first -hand example: Paul Lehmann (20).

The talented right -back, who demonstrated his class at fourth division Erfurt last season, has to be patient this season. At Dynamo he is waiting for his great chance so far, and the question is: how long? "It is normal that not every young player gets a regular place", knows Trainer Stamm. This Situation must also be seen as a valuable development step.

training is the a and o

"The games are only a small part of the overall process," explains Stamm. "True development takes place in training." Lehmann is encouraged to take this opportunity and prove itself in every unit. "If Paul sees this as his development path, he will certainly make progress," emphasizes Stamm and knows that patience in football is often the key to success.

Lehmann itself already indicated his talent in the friendly against Hertha BSC II (2: 2). Stamm is convinced: "Paul has the right attitude to make it." The Swiss trainer knows the challenges of talent promotion only too well. "I have often seen how players hardly get their minutes in their first year and are now regular players in the Bundesliga." So surprises are always possible!

for the next chance you wait

The message is clear: the season is long and it can go quickly in football. "If the moment comes, Paul will be ready," promises the tribe confidently. To achieve this, it is important for the youngster to give everything in training. "Everyone has the opportunity to assert themselves in training. It is up to Paul to offer himself," the coach spurs him on.

tribe sees the work in training as crucial and emphasizes that the exchange with Lehmann continues to take place. "He knows exactly what to work on," says Stamm in emphasis. The path seems rocky, but the goal is crystal clear - the space in the team is waiting for Paul Lehmann!
