In the night of Thursday, March 13, 2025, a 63-year-old man from Nachrodt-Wiblingwerde was found in a critical condition at the Norwich Bridge in Hagen. At 1:45 a.m., the heavily alcoholic man was helpless in front of a bench. Police officers decided to take him into custody for his own protection.

In his search, the police discovered a one -hand knife in his backpack. The forbidden object was ensured and an advertisement due to violation of the weapons law was admitted. Due to his strongly alcoholic state, the man could not provide information about the knife, and a breath alcohol test was also not possible.
