In a shocking night on Saturday, March 30th, a 19-year-old Essener on Hans-Böckler-Straße was seriously injured by a knife attack. The brutal argument occurred around 3:35 in the parking lot of a fast food restaurant when the young man was attacked by a group of around eight men after a verbal argument with two unknown women.

The police are now urgently looking for witnesses to the incident. The main suspect is described as about 1.75 m tall, with normal stature, black hair and upper lip and chin beard. A tattoo with the number "47" on his left hand is particularly striking. He wore a ring and spoke German -free German. The investigation into dangerous bodily harm is ongoing, and the authorities ask the public for information.
