Butterflyesser in hand luggage: 74-year-old surprises at Hamburg Airport!

A 74-year-old German caused excitement at Hamburg Airport on Tuesday when a butter-fly knife was discovered during the security check of her luggage-a clear violation of the weapons law! The senior woman, on the way to Paris, had already given up luggage when the security forces were alerted.

The forbidden knife that she had taken as a souvenir of her late brother -in -law during a household resolution now led to a criminal complaint. In the conversation, the pensioner said that she was not aware that the knife was illegal. After the police measure, however, she was allowed to continue her travel adventure. The case was then handed over to the Hamburg police.
