In a terrifying argument in an S-Bahn between Maichingen and Sindelfingen, two young men clashed on Wednesday, March 12, 2025. Around 4:20 p.m. they pulled a knife and pepper spray, which frightened travelers. The conflict began in the first class compartment, where a man pulled his knife and was then pressed against the window.

The Situation escalated when the unarmed man used pepper spray against the knife carrier, but without meeting him. A brave witness who observed the incident managed to snatch the knife to the attacker. However, both suspects were able to leave Sindelfingen station before the police arrived. The federal police are now asking witnesses, especially the courageous travelers, to report. The two men are described as about 180 cm, both dressed in shiny black buffer jackets and gray/black jeans.
