Intensive offender with a protective suit in court: Husum breathes up!
with rubber gloves and protective suit instead of designer fashion-the 18-year-old intensive offender Baraa S. presented himself at his last appearance before the district court of Husum. The police had brought the notorious suspect straight out of bed early in the morning to finally bring him to the long -awaited court hearing. Because the young Syrian, now a well -known face in Husum, Heide and Hamburg, has developed an unprecedented reputation: According to the picture, he should have over 100 crimes on the notch [picture] .
But one afterwards: The negotiation should begin at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, but something amazing at the door of the courtroom - everyone involved was present, except for the accused himself! The Flensburg public prosecutor accuses Baraa S. an impressive list of crimes: 15 cases of theft, resistance to enforcement officers, dangerous bodily harm and other offenses. No wonder that the nerves are bare and now should finally be the end of impunity!
a young man on your own
But who is this young man who has come into the focus of the judiciary? Allegedly as a member of a youth gang, he was particularly active in Heide on the North Sea. An impressive act: In February 2024, he was said to have been significantly involved in a tangible fight at the train station. In addition, various theft files in Hamburg are in the house. April 2024 he defended himself against the police by means of pepper spray. Only one thing helped: dismissal for downtown Hamburg!
The contempt for the rule of law does not end there. Baraa S. publicly enjoyed a shocking incident in Mannheim when an Islamist wanted to put on open street in May. On the social media, he finally made it too clear how little feelings of guilt plagued him by alluding to the crime with laughing smileys.
The continuation of the process
The excesses on social media do not tear off and throw a questionable light on the attitude of the young man. A court finally decided to negotiate the young man, despite his insolent disease claim, to fool the police [picture] . The process should continue on Thursday and clarify some questions: When finally does the judgment occur and what punishment does Baraa S. The only thing that is certain is that the judiciary now pulls the reins tighter and that Baraa S. could be in prison for several years.
