Knife attack in Berlin's tram: 57-year-old injured!

In a shocking night attack, a 57-year-old was injured in a tram in Mitte with a knife. At around 2:30 a.m., an aggressive man got in at the Mollstraße/Prenzlauer Allee stop and started screaming. On Alexanderplatz, when the injured wanted to get out, the attacker suddenly pulled a knife and injured him on her arm. The 57-year-old tried to ward off the attack, but suffered cuts.

The police were immediately alerted and provided first aid before the rescue workers brought the man to a hospital. Fortunately, there is no danger to life. The investigation into the incident is conducted by a specialist commissioner of the police department 1 (north). The perpetrator is currently fleeting.
