Knife attack in Nuremberg Südstadt: 33-year-old arrested!

Celtisstraße, Nürnberg, Deutschland - A 20-year-old man was attacked and slightly injured in Nuremberg Südstadt on February 22, 2025 in Nuremberg Südstadt. The incident occurred in Celtisstrasse around 6:50 p.m. when the young man and his companion met two unknown people. Suddenly one of the attackers pulled a knife and put on the attack, but gave up when the victim defended himself. The perpetrators fled towards the main train station, while the 20-year-old suffered a slight hand injury.

After intensive investigations and the evaluation of video surveillance, the police identified a 33-year-old man as a suspect. On March 11, 2025, a ceremony was issued against him. He is now suspected of having committed dangerous bodily harm and must answer in court.
