Knife attacks in Middle Hesse: Police warn of increasing danger!
In a gripping report on the police crime statistics (PKS) for Middle Hesse, police chief Torsten Krückemeier and department director Erik Hessenmüller presented the current situation: 48,639 crimes without foreign law violations were registered last year - a decline around 657 compared to the previous year! The frequency number per 100,000 inhabitants fell from 4,470 to 4,391. Particularly noteworthy is the acceptance of cannabis offenses that sank by 821 cases after partialization.
But not everything was positive news. In an exciting demonstration, the danger of knives was emphasized. Krückemeier warned urgently: "Messers are easy to get and make conflicts extremely dangerous!" In socially tense situations, such as alcohol consumption, you can quickly become a weapon. The police now want to provide even more information to protect citizens and employees. The numbers prove a stable security state - but the challenges remain urgent!
