Raid in Gronau: Police smash drug ring and secure weapons!

In a huge blow against drug trafficking, the police in Gronau arrested a trio last Wednesday that is suspected of acting with narcotics. The officers observed the alleged dealers in a parking lot at the green staircase when they struck. When arrested, they found impressive 6.5 kilograms of amphetamine, 35 grams of cannabis, 10 ecstasy tablets and two one-handed knives for the arrested.

Additional searches in the suspects' apartments revealed a shocking stock: about 4.5 kilograms of amphetamine, 5.5 kilograms of marijuana, 2.5 kilograms of hashish as well as impressive 200 grams of crystal meth and 90 grams of cocaine. Cash of around 2500 euros as well as various weapons, including a machete and a compressed air assault rifle, were also confiscated. The 32-year-old main suspect is now under custody, while the other two suspects were released after completing the police measures.
