In the main station in Hanover there was a dramatic incident on Monday evening (April 14, 2025) when the police arrested four men aged 24, 24, 29 and 42. These are said to have brutally attacked a 19-year-old during a light rail ride-with an iron chain! The aggressive group was discovered by a cooperation patrol from the police, regulatory office and the federal police in their search and immediately checked.

The officials confiscated five knives, a dagger and two crowbar in addition to the iron chain.
