New chairman elected: Dynamic changes in the participant community Waldkirch-Kollnau

New board chairmanship in the case of land re -regulation procedures in Waldkirch

The land-by-the-manage process in Waldkirch-Kollnau (Kohlenbach) experiences a change on the board. After 16 years, Georg Fischer, the previous chairwoman, decided to leave the board for personal reasons. The community of participants elected Matthias Baier as the new chairman in its last board meeting at the end of June.

fischer emphasized the importance of well -developed paths for the forest economy. "In the long term, an intact development of the buildings of the Black Forest ensures that this property is inhabitant and thus also their open keeping," he emphasized. After leaving, Thomas Wernet moved up as a deputy board member to make the board complete again.

Matthias Baier, the previously deputy chairman, now takes over the management of the community of participants. At his side, Tobias Brenzinger will act as a deputy. Both are committed to volunteers and want to further advance the merging of the areas. The approximately 1.1 km long Harnischwaldweg is currently being completed.

Last year, the owners were asked about the ways contained in the expansion concept. Paths were deleted without interest, while new wishes are available for admission. These are currently being examined by the joint fire brigade and discussed with the board.

The changes on the board signal a new section in this process of the land new regulations. With fresh minds at the top, the members of the participant community want to drive the forest closure and promote the promotion of sustainable forestry.
