Shocking traffic accident in Hattingen: truck crashes into cars!

On Wednesday morning at 9:55 a.m., the Hattingen fire brigade was called for a dramatic traffic accident on August-Bebel-Straße. Immediately after the pedestrian traffic light, a truck collided with a car. The driver of the car was initially enclosed in her vehicle, but luckily she was unharmed - contrary to the first reports on a more difficult location. The truck driver and another car driver involved in the accident also remained intact.

The fire brigade secured the scene of the accident, ensured that the vehicles did not slip, and separated the battery of the car. Despite the effort, the car was no longer ready to drive and had to be towed. After about 40 minutes, the emergency services handed over the scene to the police. In addition to the fire and rescue workers, members of the Mitte fire truck and rescue workers were also involved.
