Leinfelden-Echterdingen celebrates: A figure of light appears at the city anniversary

The city birthday of Leinfelden-Echterdingen is imminent and citizens can look forward to a special spectacle. The focus of the anniversary is a fascinating form of light called Dundu, which was created by the talented artist Tobias Husemann. Dundu, an impressive figure of five meters, will receive the visitors to the ceremony on February 8th in the foyer of the Filderhalle and inspire them with their magical light game.

The celebrations for the 50th anniversary of Leinfelden-Echterdingen promise a diverse and varied design. In addition to the imposing Dundu figure, videos with stories from contemporary witnesses about the beginnings of the city are also presented. The musical background is carried out by the rousing sounds of the Le Marching Band and the harmonious chants of the children's choir of the district cantore.

While the guests can be enchanted by art and culture that evening, the official side will not be neglected. Planned speeches are kept, among other things, Prime Minister Winfried Kretschmann was asked to show the event of his appreciation.
