Biberacker fencer shine at the Teck Cup: Forgan secures third place

Nick Forgan caused a sensation at the Teck Cup by completing the preliminary round with three wins and two tight defeats. His 15:3 win against Moritz Hagg from VfL Kirchheim and the brilliant 15-0 win against Jacob Meunier from SV Esslingen was particularly impressive. This brought him to the semi -finals, where he lost 8:15 against Vinz Heudedorf from FC Tauberbischofsheim and can therefore look forward to a strong third place.

Jana Wiesenfarth also had an exciting competition in Kirchheim. After a 5: 3 victory against Sophia Zagouras (MTV Stuttgart) and three tight defeats in the other battles, she secured a frozen for the quarter-finals. There, however, she had to give up with 4:15 against Marilou Steinle (PSV Stuttgart), which earned her seventh place in the final classification, closely followed by Solveigh Ströbele, who took eighth place after winning 15: 5 against Zagouras, but in the quarterfinals of the later winner Johanna Mack (SV Esslingen) with 4:15.
